    Hi Usa, for your query I would say that after MBBS doctors may prepare for work in general practice in Government or private hospitals or they may choose to specialize. More than 70% MBBS graduates try for postgraduate qualifications like MD, MS, Ph.D, etc, rather than going in for a job or private practice. At the post graduate level, there is specialisation in Medicine and Surgery. Career opportunities also exist in medical services of the army, navy and air force in charitable institutions.
