Do I need to write all the 5 subjects again or will only 1 subject be enough?

I am dropping a year to appear for JEE 2018 but have scored 73% in CBSE boards.

Dear, 75% is just the qualifying score for IIT. So don't aim for scoring just 75%. You need to score as much as you can because higher the percentage, greater will they give weightage to your profile. So, do accordingly.
