Do I need to write UPTU exam to get admission in the 2nd-year of B.Sc in computer science?

I am a final year student of Polytechnic Diploma in CSE.

    Yes, you need to submit the application form by the last date and appear in the specified entrance exam, even for the lateral entry (direct 2nd year) in B.Sc in Computer Science.
