STEP is more hands-on with heaps of practical training, in addition to practical training in a hotel of The Oberoi Group, you are enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Studies (BTS) from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). But with STEP, you're restricted to working only
