    You have bleak chances my dear. You can give a try to PGDM AIMA. You shall definitely get through it in SIES itself.

    To be frank, it is a little too tough to get through. Would advise you to secure your seat in any other college where you might have received admission.

    Usually, the third list comes out after two weeks of the second lists. As the possibility of the rank that you have mentioned seems that you might Clear by the last of 6-7 but it's a really tough and good chance.
