Do I stand any chance of pursuing marine engineering with 47 marks in JEE Mains 2017?

Marine engineering doesn't require JEE marks and moreover there is IMU CET.

Of course, marine engineer courses are always high. Whereas, even salaries paid to you are even vast. TMI is best Marine College in India and placements are 100%, but know how life of marine engineer is before joining. Job opportunities are in demand in India.

Hello William, With only 47 marks out of 360, you have virtually no chance of admission. I suggest if you are really interested in engineering then take break of one year, study well and appear for JEE Mains once again.

One can not compare engineering with graduation.
