Do I stand any chance to get into Chetana's institute for MMS with 84.77% in CET by the 3rd/4th CAP round? I belong to open category (OHU).

It's difficult to get through MMS since the cut-off is high. However, you can apply for the PGDM course here at Chetana's. -
The chances are less, but it is not impossible. You should wait for it. Meanwhile, you can apply for other colleges through MAT, CMAT or CAT scores.
