Do I stand any chances of getting a government engineering college with 3 Lac rank in JEE Mains?

Sorry to say, but with this rank, it is difficult for you to even get a good private college on the basis of your Mains rank. Admission in NITs and govt. colleges close at 50000 CRL.
Either take a drop for JEE preparation or take admission into a private college. -

It will be really tough to get any good government college. I would suggest you go for some good private colleges.
