Do IIM take students who have a year back in mid of there graduation? My graduation percentage is 70.

I am preparing for CAT and I have done my graduation B.Com with 71% but I have repeated my 2nd year because I failed and my degree is private. Will IIM take me if I score 96+ in CAT?

Hello ankit, there is officially no rule to reject a candidate with a year back in mid graduation. Your grad marks is quite good. Since u hv completed your grad, u r free to apply in any college including IIMs. Since IIM considers the total academic record along with cat percentile so it is a matter of concern. You will be surely asked in personal interview about that backlog, its all about satisfying them then. So try to score high and be confident. Try to score above 97 percentile and be well prepared for gd/ca/pi round. All the best. Thank you
