Yes. The country offers graduate students the opportunity to stay on and work in Ireland for 12 months (undergraduate students) and 24 months for masters/graduate students. The country also releases a list of Critical Skill Emoylemt List - which implies they have abundant jobs in areas where they have a lack of resources and can be pursued by students.
