If you belong to a country where English is not your native language, then you are required to provide a proof of English language proficiency through certain exams such as IELTS or any other UKVI recognised SELT (Secure English Language Test). Students can expect to have IELTS cut off ranging from 5.5 to 8.5 on the basis of different courses. Those who are applying for undergraduate courses and have scored at least 70% in their Standard XII English examination from either the CBSE or CISCE boards may be exempted from English language requirements on a case-to-case basis.
