Do institutes providing certifications also need to be approved by some educational body in India?

Hi,
If I am getting your query correctly then my answer is to your question is that you need to get certified by authorized body I.e. Network = Cisco, Ethical Hacking = EC council, DBA = Microsoft / Oracle, Cloud Computing =AWS, Azure, Google, etc.
