No, there is no such kind of pattern observed through the past recruitment session. Though, the most hardworking got the best package, no doubt. There is no injustice with the hardworking minds in LPU and no such event occurred that a person topped exams and failed in an interview.

If you are eligible for that job.
If you have good knowledge and skills, then definitely you will get placement.

Yes, LPU gives good placement opportunities to lateral entry students also. The university treats all students equally, whether they join from 1st year or take admission in 2nd year through lateral entry. Many lateral entry students have got placements in top companies like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant
