Do looks matter in becoming an RJ?

Radio Jockey (RJ) is the only profession in which one may be recognized by one's voice. A pleasant, mid to heavy voice is most suitable for broadcasting along with your own aptitude, your overall confidence, your personality to deliver all of it through your voice.
