Do LPU have separate room facilities in the hostel?

Yes of course LPU has separate room facilities in the hostel, I Have spent my 4 years in the hostel. I loved my hostel life in LPU. I availed 3 seater hostel with AC. I have experienced a lot of good things in LPU as follows. 1. Automated turnstile gates with biometric machines regulate entry & exit of the residential facility. 2. Clean & Green Environment 3. Separate residential Facility for the students with different seater. 4. Rooms are with Beds, study table, chair, almirahs, desert cooler, and geyser. 5 AC rooms are also available in the different seater options like5,4,3,2,1 etc. 6. Differential and hygienic food facility and Mess and canteen facility in every hostel is there. 7. Laundry facility 8. Gym facility to remain fit 9. Over and above the medical facility being provided inside the beautiful campus. 10. 24*7 electricity supply and Wi-Fi. 11. There are general facilities such as a dedicated hotline and power backup for 24 hrs power supply at the university campus. 12.60+ATMs of 5 nationalized banks and Post Office facilities for money transfer, speed post, etc. 13. Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility. 14. University-Mall, an eight-storied complex, houses departmental stores, various shops, banks, food courts. These help students to meet their daily needs on the campus itself. 15. I believe It's 1 seater separate room you want to mention. Yes LPU do have the option of 1 seater Standard Room as well as Apartment. After discussion of one hostel boy from LPU and their websitete, I can say that yes, LPU has separate room facilities in the hostel as well as apartments. Talking about facilities, LPU hostlers are provided with great security, which is absolutely the first concern when you opt for any hostels. Mainly for the girls, there are timings after which they are not allowed to go out without applying for the leave minimum of 6 hours before. Confirmations are also taken by the wardens from parents to ensure the security of the student on leave. Other than that, cleanliness is always maintained to ensure a healthy environment. In case of health emergencies, ambulances are always available for the students (24*7). Regarding food facilities, there are canteens, tuck shops and hostel mess are available in each and every hostel. You get stationery items as well, in your tuck shops. For sports and fitness freaks, an open gym is available, which the students can use anytime they want, huge jogging parks are available, along basketball courts. There are Wi-Fi facilities for all. LPU has fully secured student residence facility. The separate hotel facility is provided to boys and girls. The hostels are offered to students on a sharing basis (two or three mostly) and single basis (as per the needs of students subject to availability). LPU has CITY IN A CAMPUS which means all the facilities of the city are available in one campus. LPU provides Safe and secure residential facility for boys and girls. LPU does have apartments, standard rooms and dormitories so you can choose as per your choice the room. In apartments, 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater, 4 seater rooms are available. In standard rooms, 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater, 4 seater, 5 seater and 6 seater rooms are available with AC and in non AC option. Also, Early Decision Benefit on residential fee of INR 5000 would be given to the students, if applicant avail the residential facility within one month of admission date. The following facilities are available in Standard hostel rooms:- - Air Conditioner/ Air Cooler (as availed), Attached washroom and Geyser in each room - B.Ed Study Table, Chair and Partitioned Almirah - 24 Hrs. Hi, there all I am an alumni of LPU. LPU has the does have the hostels apartments and dormitories and you can take single seater 2 seater and 4 seater separate room facilities in hostel does matter which room or hostel you have taken but beleive me the hostel facilities at LPU are much better then other colleges. Also the quality of the food is so good. Which we cannot compare with other colleges. At the if you are in single seater you will get separate room facilities. But if you are in 2,3 or 4 then you need to share the facilities with room mates. And if you are in dormetories then the bathroom facilities will be in shared mode only.

Yes, there are separate rooms for boys and girls the other important features for the residential facility are as below :- Separate residential facility for boys and girls within the campus. Rooms with attached washroom, B.Ed (without mattress), table, chair and almirahs except in certain dormitory rooms. Air cooler / Air Conditioner facility in each room with attached washroom (as opted). Air cooler / Air Conditioner facility in each room (as opted). Arrangement for power supply through dedicated 24 hours hotlines. Geyser in each room to provide hot water in winters (scheduled timings) for two hours per room every day or as decided by the University. In-campus Hospital with ambulance to provide medical assistance to students. Internet connectivity through Wi-Fi system for scheduled timing for academic purposes only and subject to conditions. Power backup for light load only (not for AC/ Geyser/ Air cooler). Mess facility is there Parking two wheeler/car facility at designated places only. Gymnasium (optional on payment basis). Students in residential facility are permitted to keep Electrical Kettles, Electrical Irons, Laptop, Mobile Charger, Shaving Set, Trimmer, Hair Straightener and Hair Dryer. Extra electricity bill due to the usage of these electrical items will be borne by the occupants of the room.

There have been numerous Universities in the country that has beautiful campuses and also offer some of the best hostels in the country. I personally believe, hostels should be secure nowadays and there should have restrictions on students to maintain some kind of discipline. Like day scholars or even outsider should not be allowed in hostels. Keeping in mind all of these points, LPU is one of the nicest campuses in the country, I know as per my experience which offers everything which one needs on the campus. One must look into the below points for consideration if they become a student of the LPU. 1) 0% Ragging, 0% tolerance to any illegal substances like alcohol, drugs etc. Strict action used to be taken against the defaulters in case non-adherence of to such rules. 2) Students are not allowed to enter any other Hostel without permission of the authority. LPU has Turnstile gates at major entry/exit points as well as boom barriers for vehicles, thereby ensuring that every movement is monitored. 3) Boys are allowed to go outside the campus as per requirement but they need to return back & report to Hostel by 8 PM. 4) Special Permission will be extended to Boys student for a night out with the written permission of the Warden & Parents. 5) Any publicly offensive acts are clearly not allowed in the university and strict actions are taken against such act. Though there are many restrictions you can observe from the above-mentioned points for the hostellers but believe me at the end of the day you will find it necessary for all your security & safety. These restrictions would definitely make you learn how to lead your life in a controlled environment. Campus Security Surveillance : 1) LPU campus is equipped with 6500+ CCTV surveillance a 24X7.
