Yes, it decides your eligibility for MBA entrance exams and your profile. however placements are based on your MBA semester performance and subsequent GDPI. -

Yes it does. Firstly, graduation percentage decides about your eligibility for MBA. Secondly, after entrance and GD/PI preference is given to those students who have better graduation scores. When it comes to placements, yes, they does ask about it if it's not average.
