Yes, it decides your eligibility for MBA entrance exams and your profile. however placements are based on your MBA semester performance and subsequent GDPI.

Yes it does. Firstly, graduation percentage decides about your eligibility for MBA. Secondly, after entrance and GD/PI preference is given to those students who have better graduation scores. When it comes to placements, yes, they does ask about it if it's not average.
