do mba clgs under cat and mat consider the 12th marks while giving admission or they only consider graduation eligibility that is 50%???????

If your performance is exceptionally well in Graduation as well as entrance examination, GD and Interviews than Xth and XIIthe marks does not matter much else they also give weightage for your academic performance during Xth as well as XII.
