do mbva clgs under cat and mat consider the marks in 12th or they only consider the eligibility in graduation that is 50%?????

to appear for entrance test, only graduation marks are taken into consideration, but individual colleges take 1oth and 12th marks also while giving out admission.
IMO, a minimum of 50 percent will get you through a good college.
