Do my two year gap after 12th will make any problem to study MS in computer science in USA? I am currently a btech student in cse.

No not at all, it's a myth that USA has issues if you have gap in your studies. It has well said in previous answers if you have been able to demonstrate your gap well in you SOP it won't have any issues whatsoever. for USA visa key is demonstrating your intentions well along with your research work about course and college you are applying for . -
Well, if you can explain why you took the gap and what you did in it, then it won't be much of a prob. You have to write some essays while applying for the US universities. Make use of those to explain the gap, and tempt them by displaying your technical skills.
