No, Pathologists do not need to take the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) to enter the field directly. NEET is primarily required for admission to undergraduate medical programs such as MBBS and BDS.
However, to pursue MD Pathology, candidates need to clear NEET PG.
