Do people speak English in Finland or should I learn some Finnish before moving there as an Indian student?

English is spoken in most parts of Finland. The Aalto Uni campus is fully trilingual (Finnish, English, and Swedish is spoken). It is not mandatory for Indian students to learn Finnish. However, it is very much recommended to fully enjoy life.
