Do private colleges offer any type of fee concession to not-well economic background people or OBC, ST/SC people?

There are a few colleges which do, but very few. But then, in few states there are provisions were you can apply for some subsidies from the government, where you need to pay the fees first and then government reimburses you. I hope that helps. Wish you good luck! Best regards.
