Yes, in that case, the next best students are called if wait-listed students are also selected. But that happens rarely so keep your option open at somewhere else too. -
Yes, you do stand a chance even after the wait listed selection as some students may use their CET scores to get any other institute or apply to any other course. So there is still a chance of you getting a call from Welingkar.
