Do rejected students have chance to get admission if the seats are still vacant after all the students have selected including wait listed?

Yes, in that case, the next best students are called if wait-listed students are also selected. But that happens rarely so keep your option open at somewhere else too.

Yes, you do stand a chance even after the wait listed selection as some students may use their CET scores to get any other institute or apply to any other course. So there is still a chance of you getting a call from Welingkar.

Yes, sometimes things can turn in your luck but happens rarely. Most of the students tend to leave college when they get a better opportunity.
