Do reputed universities abroad accept marks of CBSE improvement exam after class 12 ?

I got 78% marks in CBSE +2 board. I wish to give improvement exam next year as I am sure I can increase my marks. Since i wish to study abroad I want to Know that do the reputed universities of abroad accept marks of CBSE improvement exam ?
