Do school academics consider during placements for MBA in IT?

Generally during campus placement HR looks at your MBA performance and personality traits. However if everything is same for two candidates HR may look at other acedmic records to filter right candidate. -
No, school academics are just for formality. 65% and above is basically required. However that's not a compulsion. Simply it makes a good impression. -
Normally HR looks into 10th &12th marks also to see your consultancy in study pattern. When you see the percentage is it increased from 10 th. to degree or it declined. this will show your consultancy. In other words are you more serious in your career building when you are growing because in the school your study is because of your parents and teachers compulsion.
