3 years agoHello Pramod, yes indeed. There is a procedure laid down for getting a transfer from one college to another. Either within the same university or to a different university. You need to consult the administration staff of your college for this. But unfortunately, with the dwindling number of students, private engineering colleges give all kinds of excuses for retaining students. Best wishes to you.
