    Hi Subramaniam,
    The Foreign Universities have a collaboration with the Indian universities. Hence, the tuition fee is waived off.
    However, students opting for the foreign exchange programme do have to bear the expenses of accommodation and food.
    On an average, across Europe, one has to spend between 3-5 lakhs INR, depending on the lifestyle. This range also includes the trip to adjacent countries :)
