    For the B.E. in Biotechnology at RV College of Engineering, candidates need to have 10 + 2 with 45% marks with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics from a recognised board. The eligibility criteria do differ for the reserved category candidates, with a 5% relaxation in the aggregate percentage for SC/ST candidates.
