    Yes, the B.Tech. in Biotechnology eligibility criteria differ for the reserved category candidates at ADYPU School of Engineering Pune. The reserved category candidates are required to have a minimum of 45% marks (instead of 50% for the general category) in their 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional.
