Do the BBAs get less preference in the Banking Finance sector than B.Tech, BCA students?
Pursuing BBA 2nd year from IEM, Kolkata. Is it a good decision to join the banking sector after BBA and after 3-5 yrs work exp do MBA in Finance? How to start a career in the Banking sector? Avg salary for a fresher?

No, there is no relationship of any course for banking except your course comes under their eligibility criteria.
Yes, I will be a good decision since this sector is not dependent on your course. you just have to give IBPS/Exam for individual banks and get good score, thats it.
