    For the reserved category candidates at BMS College of Engineering, the BE in CSE eligibility criteria differ. The general merit candidates require a minimum of 50% marks, while SC/ST and OBC candidates require a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics as optional subjects.
