Do the certificates given by the private universities have the same value as the certificates given by government/deemed universities?

I scored 8 CGPA in 10th (76%) and 60% in 12th science (JAC board). I want to pursue BA economics (honors).

    No, government/deemed university certificates have much more value than private ones.
