    Not all companies do that. Although some companies have a shortlisting criteria. For eg: A company required the students to have 60 plus percentage in all past academics.

    Generally, the companies do not look at your 10th and 12th results. However quite a few companies require you to have first class in graduation. Some companies require first class marks throughout.
