Do the current answers as provided in the Provisional Answer Sheet get changed to the correct answers once the objection process is over?

Or does the question get completely removed from the marking scheme? Is there a possibility of a student scoring lesser than what they have calculated as per the provisional answer key or can they only score the same or more marks once the objection process is over and final answer key is released?

    In most cases, once the objection process is over and the final answer key is released, the answers may be revised if discrepancies or errors are found in the provisional answer key. If a student's objection is valid, the answer key may be corrected, and the marks would be adjusted accordingly.

    Regarding scoring, it's highly unlikely for a student's score to decrease once the final answer key is released unless there's an issue related to incorrect marking or the question being removed entirely from the marking scheme.
