Do the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) eligibility criteria differ for the reserved category candidates at S.C.B. College of Nursing?

<p>The eligibility criteria for the reserved category candidates at S.C.B. College of Nursing for General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course are as follows:</p><ul> <li>The candidate must be a domicile/permanent resident/native of Odisha.</li><li>The candidate must be a registered nurse and registered midwife in ONMC or equivalent to ONMC thereof.</li><li>In case a candidate has registered their name in another state nursing council, they have to submit a reciprocal registration certificate from the ONMC within one month from the date of admission.</li><li>The candidate shall be medically fit for the course.</li><li>Must have obtained a "No objection Certificate" from the appointing authority to undergo the course (for in-service candidates working in the government sector).</li></ul> <p>The reservation of seats is as follows:- 22.5% for ST- 16.25% for SC- 5% for GCH (in each category of UR, ST, and SC)- 3% for PH (in each category of UR, ST, and SC)- 3% for children/widows of ex-servicemen (in each category of UR, ST, and SC)</p><p>Seat inter-convertibility:- If the requisite number of suitable candidates is not available to fill the seats reserved for the Scheduled Castes, the same will be filled out of the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes and vice versa.- In case candidates do not qualify from the SC/ST categories, vacant seats will be filled by candidates from the general category.</p>
