Do the interviewer demand for a convincing justification if I have a gap of 3 years between class 10th and 12th during the placements?

Will a medical certificate stating that the candidate was not physically fit to appear for the class 12th board exams be accepted as a justification for the gap years?

    The best solution in your case is to tell them the truth. The designated person in the interviewing panel are experts in judging whether a candidate is lying. They encounter hundreds of such fake certificates every day. It won't take them long to identify about your lie. Everyone goes through ups and downs in life, and they too understand the same. What matters to them is your skill set and how much benefit will the company gets by hiring you.
