Yes, the M.Sc. in Data Science eligibility criteria differ for the reserved category candidates at VIT Chennai. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. in Data Science is an undergraduate degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Physics / Statistics or UG Degree in Engineering or Technology in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/E&I with 60% of marks (Inclusive of all subjects) and should have studied Mathematics as one of the subject in +2 and degree level. However, for reserved category candidates, a relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria is applicable.
