    Yes, the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) eligibility criteria differ for the reserved category candidates at Panjab University. According to the university's rules, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Backward Class/ Person with Disabilities (PwD) are given a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks required for admission to the MCA program.
