Do the SC category students have to pay the full fees at the time of admission in AITH-Kanpur?

Hi,
As per the AITH and Govt norms, No fee will be paid by the SC/ST students at the time of admission. you needs to fill few reimbursement forms at the time of admission. the entire fee will be paid by the Social welfare department except few essential charges. However ever there are few restriction like the beneficiary income should not exceeds Rs 200000 per year. -
No, you have to pay only the starting fee of admission fee and security fee, but you are not able to fill the scholarship application.
