Do the students have good Career Options by working in consultancy as HR Recruiter or better for them to work in Organization?

I Got an Opportunity in HR field in Consultancy. But what i have heard from others is working in consultancy wont help your career growth as compared to organization? Is it true?

working in organisation is provides you a wide scope in HR but it never present a situation that working in HR consultancy not provides the scope for career growth. In fact every organisation wants experienced person and resist to recruit freshers in their organisation in such situation HR consulta
