Do the undergrad score play vital role in the admmission process in canada?I have undergrad score around 55-60%.

My undergrad score is less than 60% and expecting my gre to be above aveage ,more than 310,which is yet to be given in september. so Will i be eligible for a good university in CANADA for pursuing my MASTERS in TELECOMUNICATION
