Yes, they do allow lateral entry for CSE, you can directly visit the university or here is the link:

Yes, they do allow CSE student lateral entry as in my batch a student from Chitkara University joined in as a second year student.

Hello Parameswara,
As far as I know, there is no lateral entry admission in SRM University and its other campuses in India. So, you can get admission via the entrance test conducted by the institute every year and not by lateral entry.
