Any student's Hall Tickets if he/she fails school tests or pre-board. Pre-board and schools tests are just sort of warm-ups and preparatory tests so that a student can understand what is the pattern, marking scheme and structure of board papers. When you are in class 12th and going to appear your finals, be it very near to the 1st day of exam, you will get the hall ticket. No one denies that until board denies itself for some reason of your own mistake in registration.
