Do universities in germany require a bachelors' certificate for admission in masters?
I am a final year student in IIT Bombay. I want to do masters in germany but I would need to send a copy of the degree certificate. I graduate only in august and the deadlines are in march-april range. Is there anyway I can still apply or do I have to just wait another year? please reply.

Final semester marksheet and provisional degree are must before your application is accepted. There is no other way and you will have to wait.
