Do we get 2 attempts to clear the MU-OET exam?

Yes, indeed you will be able re-write ME OET, but you have to pay Rs. 1400. I guess, we can write it 3 times.

No. We did not get two (2) attempts to clear the MU-OET exam till last year but I prefer you to go and check that rules are changed or same.
