Do we get operational jobs in the banking sectors or do we get policy making jobs ? Are the jobs just clerical in nature ?

Jobs are offered in market risk, credit risk, product development manager, relationship manager, treasury, trade finance and many more. The jobs offered are not at all clerical in nature
