Do we have to cut frog, fish, mice, etc in B.Sc medical practicals? Is B.Sc medical syllabus different from B.Sc life science?

Yes, practicals do require you to cut all these things as then only you learn the operational skills. And yes, the syllabus for B.Sc Medical and B.Sc life Science is different.
