Yes, for admission into SPJIMR Mumbai, you need to fill a separate application form before 24th November 2017. Please visit the following link and apply for PGDM admissions as soon as possible.

For admission into FMS-Delhi, you will have to separately apply to the institute through its website.
Please visit www.fms.edu at the earliest and register for admission into its full-time MBA programme.
