    Both the paths Engineering and MBA provide opportunity to take entry into Oil and Gas/Marine sectors. you can take admission in Branches like Chemical / Petroleum / mechanical / electrical /Marine engineering etc. for your b-tech and then get hired as per your GATE score. You should look for colleges like IIT, NIT, BITS,Lovely professional University etc. There are chance you could get headhunted from campus in these colleges if you choose an appropriate branch.
