Both the paths Engineering and MBA provide opportunity to take entry into Oil and Gas/Marine sectors. you can take admission in Branches like Chemical / Petroleum / mechanical / electrical /Marine engineering etc. for your b-tech and then get hired as per your GATE score. You should look for college

no actually i was asking that for doing mba in shipping martime or logistic it is compulsory to do engineering actually m a commerce graduate
