No, for any general course like BA admission is based on cutoff of the marks obtained in senior secondary i.e. 10+2 exam and in the principle of best 4 subjects

No, there is no entrance test for BA (H) Political Science in DU. Your marks in class 12th best four must match the cutoffs of colleges.
